IGEN-EA position paper on the Sustainable Energy Development Programme

This position paper presents IGEN-EA members' proposals aimed at supporting the Government of Uganda (GoU) to advance policies and actions that promote accessible, affordable, and reliable clean energy for all Ugandans. It places particular emphasis on ensuring that the FY 2026/2027 budget for the Sustainable Energy Development programme is increased to support the promotion of universal access to clean energy.
