IGEN-EA Terms of Reference for the Production of a Strategic Plan
On behalf of Inclusive Green Economy Network-East Africa (IGEN-EA), Africa Institute for Energy Governance (AFIEGO) is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to produce a three-year strategic plan for IGEN-EA.
Consultant’s assignment and skills
The consultant will produce one strategic plan. The consultant should possess the following skills or knowledge: strategic planning, project management, monitoring, evaluation, and other relevant skills.
